Daily Maintenance
The platform’s daily maintenance and operations as well as the technology upgrades to keep it up to date.
Provision of Assistance
Receive assistance in setting up and managing their websites on our cloud sharing service
Assistance to Create, Modify and Delete Portals
Assistance in the provisioning, maintenance, and decommissioning of portals.
Portal Storage Space
Allocated portal storage space is provided, with a default of 5GB but scalable to meet the demands of your portals
Consideration for new plugins
We allow for the consideration of new plugins and conduct a review process to determine if they should be approved for use on your portals.
Client Responsibilities
Building of Portal
Building of the portal, its brand, and the content of the portal, such that all these aspects comply with the standards, including but not limited to, adherence with the Web Accessibility Directive, GDPR, Cookie Policies, Brand Guidelines and relevant regulations or directives.
Data to be Submitted by Email
As the function responsible for the portal content, the client shall at no point create forms that will store data, of any type, on the portal. All forms must submit the information through an email that is sent to the business owner, for processing. No form shall have a back-end process or store data on the WoPHoP environment.”
Content Amendments to Portal
Additional content and/or amendments to portal content, including site tracking content, whilst ensuring that all the portal content is public and that no portal can offer a personalised experience.
Reporting of Issues and Incidents
Reporting of issues and or incidents related to the platform through the MITA Service Call Centre channels.
Governance of User Authorization
Governance related to user authorisation and user adherence to the terms and conditions of this service description.
Management of Roles
Management of WordPress roles to allow different people to assume different responsibilities.
